Refund terms while purchasing via online store - how it works?

The refund is available within 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer. The purchased goods must retain their original appearance, all original labels and tags, as well as a document confirming the fact of purchase.

Refund terms while purchasing via offline store - how it works?

  • Make sure that the status of your order has been changed to 'received'. If not, then please contact our support service.
  • Take the invoice with you (it was in the package with the goods, and it can also be found in your personal account by opening the order information) and the goods that you want to return.

The store by law can take your returned item for review for 10 business days.

In case of return to the retail store, the funds will be returned to the card from which the payment was made using the CLICK Evolution and Payme services, within 10 working days from the date of acceptance of the goods for return.
